How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit/debit card payment and PayPal.
How will the package get to me?
We send our package through our partner – Zásilkovna. More information on shipping is here.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We start preparing your order as soon as we receive your payment. Packages are completed individually and sent by ourselves, so when there are many orders at once, a slight delay may occur. However, we always try to dispatch your packages in 3 business days. You will be updated on its status along the way.
What countries do you deliver to?
Of course that our products love to travel the world! Here is a list of countries we deliver to. If your country is not on the list, please contact us and we will try to arrange an alternative way of shipping.

What to do if I'm not happy with the order?
We do everything we can to make sure that you are happy with our products. However, if there is something wrong anyway, you are eligible to return the goods as per usual laws. Read more info here.
Where do your products come from and which materials do you use?
