We are a small stationery brand based in the Czech Republic. Our designs are all hand-drawn and often combine illustration with hand lettering and calligraphy. They are full of colourful florals, cute animals and quotes that make people smile. You won’t find printintin in a dictionary but it represents playfulness and friendliness that we put into our work on a daily basis. It includes the word “print,” which is how we bring our illustrations alive.
This is us – Martina and Katerina. Each of us has a unique set of skills and that’s why we complete each other and make an excellent team. We share the same passion for creating beautiful things which lead us to make our final university project together. That’s where the idea of our own stationery brand came alive. Our dream was to create quality stationery products based on our own illustrations and hand-lettering.
Our very first product was a notebook as a true symbol of all things stationery. Soon after that we started to extend our offer by creating greeting cards, stickers, planners and many more products, including three books which were published in Czech language. We use the best materials available to us and always make sure our products are high quality. We try to design each product not to be only pretty but also functional and eco-friendly.
We believe that if people surround themselves with nice things that are created with love, it will make even the most ordinary day more special. That’s why we are creating products that can accompany your everyday life and make even routine tasks a bit more enjoyable. We always try to use materials that are made ethically and with respect to our planet – for example, recycled or FSC certified paper that comes only from sustainable forestry or cornstarch bags that are compostable. You will not find any unnecessary plastics in our packages. Sometimes, with fragile goods, we used recycled plastic that came to our small business thru other orders. In that case, we kindly ask you to use it again or recycle it afterwards. If it’s possible, we always produce locally and look for suppliers in the Czech Republic/EU first.
